The organization exempt from profit-making and are allowed to undertake charitable work and Social Activities. It was initiated in 2025 when a group of friends came together with the intention of giving back to the society. They were inspired by the thought and philosophy of Avijit Halder, founder of the Parohitaishi Welfare Foundation, Sankar Bal, co-founder of the Parohitaishi Welfare Foundation, Avijit Biswas, Nomenclator of the Parohitaishi Welfare Foundation, for organizational Learning, Planting, Clean Society, Animal care and free health and legal services.
