Parohitoishi Welfare Foundation has launched the “Green Earth Plantation Drive” to restore nature’s balance and promote a cleaner, healthier environment across India. Environmental degradation, air pollution, climate imbalance, and deforestation are major challenges threatening our planet today. To protect nature and restore ecological balance, Parohitaishi Welfare Foundation aims to conduct regular and continuous tree plantation activities throughout the year.
Our planet needs us — now more than ever. The initiative focuses on planting saplings, nurturing young trees, promoting greenery, and creating environmental awareness among communities. Through this program, the Foundation hopes to build a healthier, greener, and more sustainable environment for future generations.1. Project Objectives: To carry out continuous tree plantation drives in rural and urban areas. To increase green cover and improve air quality. To promote environmental awareness and responsible behavior. To protect biodiversity and reduce the impact of climate change. To involve local communities, students, and volunteers in plantation efforts. To ensure long-term nurturing and survival of planted trees. 2. Target Beneficiaries: Local communities, School and college students. Rural and urban populations. Future generations depending on a healthy environment. The overall ecological system and biodiversity. 3. Major Activities: Site Identification & Planning: Selecting roadsides, schools, villages, public spaces, and unused lands for plantation. Coordinating with local authorities and environmental experts. Tree Plantation: Planting saplings of fruit-bearing, medicinal, and native species. Ensuring proper spacing, soil preparation, and water arrangement. Tree Care & Maintenance: Regular watering, mulching, and protection from animals. Installing tree guards for safety and long-term growth. Monitoring growth and replacing plants if required. Awareness & Community Participation: Conducting awareness campaigns on environmental protection. Engaging schools, volunteers, and youth groups in plantation activities. Promoting the “One Person – One Tree” mission. Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining records of planted saplings and survival rates. Sharing progress updates with supporters and communities. 4. Expected Outcomes: Increased green cover and improved local ecosystem. Reduction in pollution levels and enhancement of air quality. Better soil health, water retention, and biodiversity restoration. Stronger community involvement in environmental protection. Long-term contribution to combating climate change. 5. Sustainability Plan: Parohitaishi Welfare Foundation plans to run this program throughout the year with continuous monitoring and maintenance. Support from volunteers, environmental enthusiasts, donors will help expand tree plantation activities. Survival of trees will be prioritized through regular care, not just plantation. 6.
